Make a difference every day by supporting students as an Inclusion Resource Room (IRR) Teacher in a friendly, collaborative school environment. This role focuses on providing specialized instruction for a caseload of 15–18 middle schoolers, fostering their academic and personal growth from now through late May 2027. With dedicated full-time hours Monday through Friday, you’ll have the structure to plan engaging lessons and work closely with a supportive team.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid, active Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification or Georgia General SPED certification (or similar)—a snapshot of certification is required for consideration
• Prior experience in school-based special education settings, including delivering specialized instruction and supporting IEP implementation
• Expertise in classroom management and documentation practices
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with general education staff and families
• Full-time, onsite availability—this is not a remote or hybrid role
• Reliable transportation to maintain punctuality and consistency for students

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering targeted instruction to develop and support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills
• Assisting with the development and execution of IEPs, maintaining compliance with all required documentation
• Engaging in ongoing communication and teamwork with educators, support staff, and families
• Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom culture
• Documenting student progress, interventions, and outcomes
