Senior Specialist - Quality Engineering

Role Overview Seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in data validation and ETL testing across Snowflake, dbt, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2 to ensure data quality and reliability. Technical Skills (Primary) Strong experience in Snowflake, dbt, and SQL, and ETL/E‑LT concepts Hands‑on with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and other DBMS Good understanding of ETL/E‑LT and data‑warehousing concepts Experience in data testing and validation Experience with Jira and Confluence Perform end‑to‑end data validation across source and target systems Validate dbt models and Snowflake transformations Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have) None Soft Skills Effective written and oral communication; onsite role Insurance domain knowledge Strong ability to work with client stakeholders Compensation Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
