Job Description

We are seeking dependable General Repair Helpers to assist with repairing broken dollies and replacing worn or damaged wheels. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable using basic hand tools and enjoy mechanical tasks. Successful candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to working the full scheduled shift in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Repair damaged dollies and replace wheels as needed
• Use basic hand tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Prepare dollies and materials prior to beginning repair work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be familiar with basic hand tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, pliers, and Allen keys for replacing dolly wheels
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail preferred

The base pay range for this position is $15.00 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
