Sales and Marketing Executive - Aman New York

Role The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers, the Marketing Manager, and the Reservations team. In this role, the Executive will work in collaboration with multiple parts of the hotel to share the Aman New York experience with guests, partners, and internal/external stakeholders. Compensation is $33.00 per hour. Responsibilities Assist with all hotel sales efforts, including responding to general inquiries and client requests. Liaise with guests, clients, and employees on a regular basis. Coordinate and assist with client events, appointments, and site visit preparation. Assist clients in the absence of the Sales Managers. Coordinate with the Director of Sales & Marketing on activations, email campaigns, PR releases and marketing efforts impacting all parts of the hotel. Assist the reservations team with general inquiries and office management. Maintain all files in accordance with established procedures and standards. Process and maintain all accounting responsibilities for managers, including completion of expense reports. Provide main telephone coverage for the sales and marketing office. Perform duties in a timely manner: general correspondence within 24 hours and projects within specified deadlines. Requirements Minimum 1‑year experience in an Administrative, Front Office, Sales, Marketing position or similar, preferably in a hospitality luxury environment. Proficient in computer skills (including Windows and Mac) necessary to complete correspondence such as proposals, letters, and office communications. Focus on Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and high‑level knowledge of Adobe InDesign. Ability to handle client requests, complaints, and concerns in an efficient, calm, and genuine manner. Organization and time‑management skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual ability is a plus. Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and push items, equipment, and packages of up to 50lbs. Analytical skills to resolve problems exercising good judgement and courteous, genuine service with clients and fellow team members. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
