Database Management SupportTekSynap is seeking a Database Management Support. Required qualifications include experience.2-4 years of experienceDemonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.ClearanceU.S. Citizenship required; background check required.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert services for enterprise implementation, maintenance, and tuning databases in both the UNIX and Windows environments. Assist in the development of the enterprise database server architecture, install, configure, and maintain the Oracle RDBMS and related communications software. Monitor server performance and tune database instance parameters for maximum database performance.
