Sr Director, Global Customer Services - (USA REMOTE)

Senior Director leading SCIEX's global customer service organization across multiple regions. Accountable for customer experience, quote-to-book operations, contract administration, and revenue enablement while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement and technology deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop global customer service organization spanning Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions
Own quote-to-book operations, customer inquiries, order management, and contract administration end-to-end
Design and execute global customer service strategy with measurable outcomes in experience, engagement, and cost
Drive operational excellence initiatives using continuous improvement principles to reduce complexity and friction
Oversee technology and AI deployment roadmap including CPQ, ERP, and automation implementation

Requirements

Proven experience leading large global customer service or operations organizations
Track record driving customer experience improvements and operational excellence
Expertise in quote-to-book, order management, and contract lifecycle administration
Strong financial acumen and accountability for revenue-impacting operations
Experience implementing enterprise systems (CPQ, ERP, order management)
Leadership capability across multiple regions and time zones
Familiarity with Danaher Business System or similar continuous improvement methodologies
