As a Sales Support Coordinator aligned with Wealth Management, you will play a central role in supporting sales teams by driving advisor engagement through strategic scheduling and territory coordination. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Force Members and territory teams to execute outreach strategies, manage meeting logistics, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders.

You will serve as a key point of contact for territory operations, managing calendars, communications, and reporting, while helping optimize productivity and engagement across multiple territories. Through proactive outreach, data utilization, and strong relationship management, you will contribute directly to the effectiveness of the sales organization and the experience we deliver to advisors.

You take a proactive approach to outreach and coordination, driving engagement and ensuring effective execution.

You build strong relationships and partner effectively with internal teams and external advisors to deliver seamless experiences.

You are comfortable leveraging systems and tools (e.g., CRM, reporting) to manage data and improve outcomes.

You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
