Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

As a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you will support high-volume recruiting through in-office candidate processing and recruiting coordination. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, contacting candidates, conducting prescreens, onboarding, and maintaining candidate records. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and French/French Creole with strong communication and organizational skills. Must be flexible and willing to work mandatory overtime as needed. Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 / hour Duties: Fluent in English and French/French Creole (required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable communicating with candidates by phone, email, and in person Previous recruiting, staffing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Position Requirements: Review applications and identify qualified candidates. Contact candidates regarding job opportunities and next steps Conduct candidate prescreens Schedule interviews and onboarding appointments Assist with new-hire paperwork and processing Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Provide professional and responsive customer service to candidates Support the recruiting team with daily administrative and staffing needs Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
