The Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts by managing candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination within a large team environment. This role primarily focuses on recruiting mid-level candidates and acts as a liaison between clients and candidates while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS software, with a bilingual ability in Spanish and English highly valued.

 

Responsibilities

• Source and screen mid-level candidates effectively to meet hiring needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews onsite, ensuring smooth logistics
• Serve as client liaison to maintain clear communication and expectations
• Post job openings to relevant platforms and maintain accurate data entry
• Track compliance related to recruitment and hiring processes
• Utilize HRIS software, ATS, and communication platforms daily
• Manage multiple recruitment tasks concurrently within a large team setting

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage compliance processes
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
