Business Development Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help us grow by connecting with rental property owners and real estate investors who could benefit from professional management services. This an opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys networking, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. As our Business Development Representative, you will focus on introducing Southern Magnolia to potential clients, developing relationships with property owners, and generating leads for our growing company. This is a commission based opportunity with flexible scheduling and earnings tied to qualifying new business. There is no guaranteed base salary. Duties Identify potential clients, including rental property owners and real estate investors. Introduce Southern Magnolia Property Management and explain our services. Develop relationships with real estate agents, investors, and other referral sources. Network within the Augusta and surrounding CSRA real estate communities. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication throughout the sales process. Identify opportunities for residential, multifamily, leasing-only, and HOA management services. Represent Southern Magnolia professionally and help build our reputation in the community. Compensation Commission-based compensation. Potential commission of $150.00-$300.00 per qualifying new property brought under management, subject to the final written compensation agreement and applicable licensing requirements. No guaranteed based salary. Flexible schedule with the opportunity to grow earnings as the company expands. Marketing materials and company information provided. Commission eligibility, payment terms, and any applicable licensing requirements will be established before work begins. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship building skills. Comfortable networking and initiating conversations with potential clients. Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented. Professional demeanor and ability to represent a growing business. Sales, marketing, real estate, or business development experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with the Augusta, Georgia, real estate market is a plus. An active Georgia real estate license is preferred for candidates who will perform licensed activities. Candidates with an inactive licenses may be considered for appropriately limited, unlicensed duties, subject to applicable law.
