Overview
We are seeking a Production Operator in Pontiac, MI. This is a morning/night shift position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift: Mornings
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and understand basic mechanical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
