Occupational Therapy Assistant
Kadima at Mt. Lebanon is looking for an energetic and passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team!! New Graduates Welcome to Apply!! We have a friendly and supportive work environment.
Our mission at Kadima Mt. Lebanon is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist in developing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
· Implement therapy sessions as directed by the Occupational Therapist
· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
· Document patient progress and communicate with the Occupational Therapist
· Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and eating
· Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function
· Assist with the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Education and Qualifications:
· Valid Pennsylvania state license
· Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant program
