, you'll play a key role in guiding financial strategy, balance sheet performance, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with senior leaders on high-impact business decisions. Pay & Perks

Help lead and maintain the credit union's

Asset/Liability Management (ALM)

program and financial models Manage profitability analysis, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting systems Develop financial forecasts, trend analyses, and performance reporting Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership Support mortgage lock desk operations, derivative accounting, and investment reporting Conduct variance analysis, financial research, and special projects Partner with Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality, reporting, and profitability metrics Maintain and optimize Axiom Planning & Profitability systems Check out the full Job Description Here! Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field Minimum three (3) years’

experience in

financial data analytics:

producing, parsing, organizing and reviewing data analytics for accuracy/trend/forecasting. Minimum three (3) years’

experience with budgets:

creating enterprise-wide budgets including data gathering, inputs and quality control. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including

Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling Experience analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ____________________________________________ Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
