Belcan is seeking a Buyer I to support a fast-paced procurement team responsible for managing purchasing activities across multiple programs. This role is ideal for professionals with procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing experience who excel at stakeholder communication, supplier coordination, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned programs. Create, track, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs). Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor deployment schedules and align procurement activities accordingly. Proactively identify, analyze, and elevate supply chain risks. Partner with internal stakeholders across procurement, engineering, and deployment teams. Perform root-cause analysis and drive issue resolution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 1 year of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience. Experience working with Purchase Orders and supplier management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procurement/ERP platforms such as Coupa, Oracle, Kinaxis, Teamcenter, or similar systems. Supply chain, purchasing, or procurement operations experience. Basic understanding of technical or engineering components is a plus.
