As a Market Technology Management Business Manager in Markets Technology, you are responsible for overseeing the enablement of the Markets Technology management, acting as the operational anchor between senior Technology leadership, Finance, HR, Risk & Control, and enterprise governance functions.The role ensures that strategy is translated into executable plans, that portfolio performance and workforce outcomes are transparent, and that senior leadership forums operate with rigor, discipline, and follow‑through.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain Markets Technology portfolio governance frameworks, including Executive Management Reports (EMRs), dashboards, and standardized management information.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of portfolio data used for senior management decision‑making.Drive improvements in data quality, standardization, and automation readiness for portfolio reporting.Act as the primary Markets Technology interface for CIO scorecards, Markets Sensor metrics, and enterprise performance reporting.Program‑manage Markets Technology senior leadership forums, including offsites, deep-dives, and strategy sessions.Partners with HR, CIO and Head BM on developing and executing approved Markets Technology workforce and location strategies, Track and report on organizational health metrics, including manager spans, autonomous breaks, and firmwide workforce requirements.Coordinate with HR, GT Office, and Business Managers to ensure consistent execution and reporting of workforce actions & act as the primary operational interface between Technology leadership and external partners.Serve as a central Business Management point of coordination across: International Branches and CIB Platform team.Oversee the international CIO function and assure that local legal entity and regulatory requirements are meet.Act as a trusted execution partner to the Head of Business Management and senior Markets Technology leadership.Required qualifications, skills, and capabilitiesStrong experience in Technology Business Management, Finance, or COO‑type roles within large, matrixed organizationsProven ability to operate with senior leadership and complex stakeholder groupsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with portfolio governance, workforce strategy, and enterprise reportingComfortable operating across strategy, execution, and operational detail JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
