Principal

Our school is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the leader of our elementary school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong commitment to student achievement, and the ability to manage and inspire a team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the elementary school, including curriculum development, teacher evaluations, student discipline, and parent communication. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students Evaluate and support teachers in their professional development Foster a positive school culture that promotes academic excellence, respect, and responsibility Manage and oversee the school's budget and resources Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and policies Communicate regularly with parents and community stakeholders Address student discipline issues in a fair and consistent manner Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure a seamless transition from elementary to middle school Requirements A minimum of five years of teaching experience, with at least two years of experience in a leadership role A master's degree in education or a related field A valid teaching certification and principal certification Strong leadership and communication skills A deep understanding of elementary curriculum and instructional practices The ability to manage a diverse group of educators and support staff A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning A passion for student achievement and success STARTING DATE: Start of the 2026-2027 School Year SALARY: In accordance with the Administrator Pay Scale CLOSING DATE: July 3, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
