Construction Contracts Manager

Managing sourcing and procurement activities for critical data center construction projects, the full-time Construction Site Contracts Manager will develop RFPs, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and mentor team members in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage sourcing, contracting, and procurement activities for data center construction projects Develop and execute RFPs, RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier agreements Track procurement milestones and present updates and recommendations to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field Strong post-graduate experience in construction procurement or supply chain management for large capital projects Experience in the data center or mission-critical construction industry Proficient in developing and negotiating construction contracts and sourcing strategies Knowledge of Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is a plus
