The head office for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking to fill the full‑time role of an Administrative Coordinator at our location in Dartmouth, NS. The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential day‑to‑day administrative support to the merchandising team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of administrative and operational processes. We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment, supports our retail stores effectively, and is committed to delivering excellent internal service while contributing to inventory flow, store requests, and departmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Departmental Administration Coordinate and execute transfers among stores Ensure accurate product data entry Assist with manifesting shipments and tracking the movement of goods Write up and process repair orders accurately and efficiently Print and distribute appraisal certificates as required Maintain organized and accurate documentation Store & Operational Support Respond to store inquiries related to repairs, certificates, and inventory requests Troubleshoot and elevate issues as needed Ensure timely communication and follow‑through on requests Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as required Support inventory‑related tasks, including audits and organization Contribute to improving processes for efficiency and accuracy Required Skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with inventory systems or retail operations is an asset A proactive and dependable team player Strong critical thinking skills and a customer‑service mindset Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team A passion for organization, process, and getting the details right What We Offer Paid Vacation Group Health & Dental Coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Retirement Savings Program Parking Provided Employee Discount Opportunities for growth within the organization If you are self‑motivated and organized and meet these requirements, we would love to meet you!
