Title: Long-Term Substitute 6th Grade ELA and Social Studies Teacher - Northside Intermediate

Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking applicants for a Long-Term Substitute Sixth Grade ELA and Social Studies Teacher at Northside Intermediate School. A salary of two-hundred and fifteen dollars ($215) per day (after 20 consecutive days) is offered and compensated through Kelly Education. This position will begin on September 1, 2026 and continue through November 11, 2026.

Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking an individual who will engage students in the learning process. Candidates should be organized, flexible, and have strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to: plan and prepare high-level, creative learning units that are engaging, relevant, address student needs and are based on best practices; maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment; make a positive and substantial contribution to the school and district; and assume a partnership role with colleagues.

It is required that applicants must hold or be eligible for WI DPI Certification in Regular Education 1777 and have the
appropriate position code for sixth grade students.
