Community Manager

LandEarly is looking for a Community Manager to build and grow relationships with our users and represent their voice inside the company. LandEarly is an auto-apply tool that helps job seekers find fresh postings, tailor their applications, and track everything in one place - this role will help shape and grow the community of job seekers who rely on it. What you'll do Own day-to-day engagement across our community channels (social media, forums, in-app, email, or similar), responding to questions and fostering discussion Develop and execute a content calendar that keeps users informed, engaged, and excited about the product Act as a bridge between users and internal teams, surfacing feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues to product and support Monitor sentiment and conversation across social and community platforms, flagging risks and opportunities Plan and run community programs such as AMAs, user spotlights, referral campaigns, or ambassador programs Track and report on community health metrics (engagement, growth, sentiment) to leadership What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar user-facing role Excellent written communication skills and a strong sense of brand voice Comfort working across multiple platforms (social media, Discord/Slack communities, email, in-app messaging, etc.) Data-informed approach to community growth - able to track metrics and adjust strategy accordingly Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple channels, and respond quickly to time-sensitive issues Empathy and patience when handling user questions, complaints, or feedback Nice to have Experience in a startup or fast-growing product environment Familiarity with the job search or career tech space Experience running ambassador, referral, or advocacy programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
