Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth Assisting and coordinating of NHOP Maintain sales policies and procedures for standardization purposes LNR Accounts & Groups Establishing relationships with each CVB and Chamber Monthly Action Plans executed by Sales Associate Requirements Proven experience in sales and achieving targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to perform overnight travel Knowledge of all local areas Location Home office located at Fairfield Inn and Suites Fort Wayne.
