Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Position Overview We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focusing on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Complete medication and medical history review and perform a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Provide a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimen. Follow the pay‑per‑test model for eligible visits (qualifying diagnostic and preventive tests). Compensation Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Potential per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Qualifications MD or DO with a valid state license and a Medicaid license (or willingness to enroll). Independent Contractor, 1099 status. Availability Incentives Flexible schedule; no nights or weekends required. Shifts available Monday–Sunday. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (eligibility dependent).
