Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Overview Signify Health is looking for physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focusing on overall health and well‑being, including medication and medical history review. Perform a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimens. Participate in pre‑scheduled in‑home visits with health plan members. Work scheduled visits Monday–Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Qualifications MD or DO degree. Current state medical license required. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with support) strongly preferred. Ability to maintain a flexible, independent contractor schedule. Willingness to travel as needed (airfare, hotel, and rental car coverage may apply). Compensation & Benefits Base rate of $100 per completed assessment. Average 6–9 visits daily; earn up to $3,000–$5,000 weekly. Market Multiplier up to 135% to increase per‑visit rate. Pay‑per‑test model for eligible diagnostic and preventive tests. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Malpractice coverage. Independent Contractor, 1099 status. Flexible schedule.
