About the Role: Lifetime Insurance Services, Inc. is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Shelby Township, MI. Responsibilities: * Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and inbound agency leads * Build strong client relationships by conducting comprehensive insurance reviews * Quote, bind, and service personal lines policies with multiple top-rated insurance carriers * Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive account reviews, renewals, and exceptional customer service * Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities * Respond promptly to client quotes, inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and coverage questions * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve policy inquiries in a timely manner Requirements:

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals
• Proficiency with agency management software and CRM tools is a plus
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field
