Technical Program Manager - Global Architecture

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Global Architecture to support a top enterprise client undergoing rapid global scale. This role sits at the intersection of technology, architecture, and business strategy, driving complex, crossfunctional programs that enable innovation and operational excellence. Required Skills & Experience

4+ years experience in technology program or project management

Scrum experience


Proven experience managing complex, crossfunctional, global programs

Experience leading portfolio management capabilities, including:
Capacity management
Dependency management
Resource management
Annual planning processes
Budget

Ability to excel in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance

Proficiency with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow


Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in retail, preferably within architecture or IT operations

Experience with sharepoint, teams, Linux, strategic portfolio management and Miro
