Job Summary: Responsible for identifying customer needs and driving the vision, execution, and business objectives of a technical product. Job Location: Remote Main Responsibilities: Works with other Technology areas to make tactical decisions about product functionality. Manages projects that consist of a single development team. Propose and manage demand for application work. Manages projects through all phases and milestones. Manages product feature/capability set for business solutions. Performs market and competitor analysis. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Experience: 10 years relevant experience. Education: Must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college). Associate’s degree in a Technical Field. Certification in relevant focus area. Preferred Qualifications: Partners with senior leadership to draft multi-year strategic growth plans. Drives annual revenues by improving user experiences, resulting in lead conversion for insurance. Builds and drives roadmaps and designs new features and enhancements. Defines and executes product strategy. Makes recommendations on long-term operating decisions regarding product development and distribution strategies. Accountability/Complexity: Implements strategic goals. Typically responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams. Frequently responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees across the company within area of expertise. May direct the work of other individual contributors and/or act as a cross-functional lead.
