Maintenance Scheduler

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join their team. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler

Location: Charleroi, PA

Pay Range: $41.28/hr. - $46.07/hr.

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability.

• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, planners, and operations to ensure work is properly assigned and completed on time.

• Review and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure alignment with production requirements and safety standards.

• Track progress of maintenance tasks and update work order statuses in the CMMS system.

• Analyze maintenance data and generate reports on downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance.

What's Needed?

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).

• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles and mechanical/electrical/instrumentation systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
