Project Coordinator - Residential Construction -Custom Homebuilder Phoenix, AZ | Direct Hire Join a well-established custom homebuilder known for high quality work and a tight knit, fast paced team, as a Project Coordinator to work alongside their current Project Manager. This is a newly added seat on the team, with room to grow into a PM role over time. What you'll do: Support the day-to-day workflow of active residential construction projects Help with the bid process, including entering sub bids Handle data entry for monthly draw requests and pay applications Coordinate with vendors and subs, from interior designers to trade partners Track daily logs and change order updates Support meetings with superintendents as they come into the office through each project stage What we're looking for: Supremely organized and able to multitask Some exposure to reading blueprints or plans is a plus, take off experience is a bonus A background in construction support, project coordination, or a related field is helpful but not required More important than your resume is your ability to stay on top of details and keep things moving Culture fit: The team is upbeat, hardworking, and moves fast. Personality and work ethic fit matter as much as experience for this role. Compensation: $78 - 95,000 DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Renaissance Personnel Group
