Job Description At Main Event, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and fun for all guests. As a Server, you are relentless in providing our guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions, and you’re dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. What Will You Be Doing Daily? Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and greet all guests while being a fun ambassador. Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy. Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guests’ needs. Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service. Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a clean and safe section; complete side duties. Position Requirements Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required. Guest-focused mindset. Teamwork is a must. State-required serving age and alcohol certification, as required. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
