- Previous experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living
- Strong track record in:

- Ability to lead both operationally and strategically
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions
- Experience opening or stabilizing communities preferred, but not required
- Leads from the front and holds teams accountable
- Understands how to drive census while protecting culture and care quality
- Builds trust with residents, families, and staff
- Can confidently manage both clinical and operational leaders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where urgency and follow-through matter
