Bring your passion for supporting students to a dynamic contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) serving K-12 learners around Boulder and Superior, CO through the end of the 2026-27 school year. This full-time role involves 35 hours per week onsite, providing specialized support across a variety of settings. Two positions are available: one as a floating RBT assigned throughout the district to address evolving needs, and another focused 1:1 with a student at an elementary school, sharing the classroom with another RBT and paraprofessional.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RBT in a school-based setting
• Skilled at implementing behavior intervention plans and data tracking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students across age ranges (K-12)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral support for students with a range of needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement individualized plans
• Adapt to varied classroom environments as a floating RBT or support a single student in a structured classroom team
• Accurately collect and report behavioral data
• Contribute to team meetings and professional development as needed
