Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Move Management: Coordinate daily relocation operations across Sales, Move Management, and Dispatch teams from initial quote to final delivery. Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates, answer inquiries, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their relocation journey. Data & Shipment Tracking: Register orders, track shipment progress, and maintain accurate records in our management system. Sales & Admin Support: Assist with appointment scheduling, moving estimates/quotations, billing entries, and payment documentation. Vendor & Operations Liaison: Partner with operational teams and international agents to resolve logistics challenges quickly and efficiently. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in moving & relocation, freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or dispatch. English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English (daily communication is in English). Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working US business hours (afternoon/evening shift in Serbia time). Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning new logistics platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Remote Readiness: Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
