Contracts Coordinator

One of the largest nonprofit organizations in the world is seeking a Contract Coordinator to support its contracts and grants function during a leave coverage assignment. This role will serve as a key liaison between legal, finance, and operational teams, ensuring contract compliance, organization, and timely processing of high-volume agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract review, processing, and administration activities
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on grant and contract reviews
• Track contract requests, amendments, renewals, and expirations
• Review contract terms and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance
• Maintain contract records, documentation, and tracking systems
• Support evolving workflows and established contract management procedures
• Communicate contract processes and requirements to internal stakeholders
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and organized contract files
• Manage a high-volume workload of approximately 85 contracts per week

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting contracts, grants administration, contract review, or related functions
• Hand on experience with DocuSign (Required)
• Experience collaborating with finance, accounting, legal, or compliance teams
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and document control processes
• Experience using DocuSign and other contract management technologies preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience

• Nonprofit, grant management, or compliance-related experience
• Exposure to contract administration, legal operations, or procurement environments
• Experience working in a high volume, deadline-driven setting
