Job Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our internal staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to internal staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and system performance. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Monitor and maintain company servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new IT systems and technologies. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Train and educate staff on the proper use of technology and software. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used software. Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with cloud services, such as Office 365 and Google Workspace. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
