Receptionist

Part-Time Receptionist Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Summary The Part-Time Receptionist provides front desk coverage and general administrative support, serving as a first point of contact for visitors, callers, and deliveries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer, screen, and route incoming calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; assist with outgoing mail and shipping. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, printing, document preparation, and conference room scheduling and meeting coordination. Assist with maintaining and restocking office, mailroom, breakroom, and conference room supplies and areas. Independently complete routine responsibilities and communicate questions or unresolved issues promptly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, professional, and attentive to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, follow established procedures, and work independently. Resourceful and proactive, with good judgment about when to ask for assistance. Physical Requirements Must be able to move throughout the office periodically and perform routine office tasks involving standing, walking, reaching, and carrying office supplies.
