• Schedule: Tuesday through Friday with call coverage 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,220 - $2,340
• Location: Odessa, TX 79761
• Orientation: 16 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; 3+ years of Operating Room RN experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Experience supporting a broad surgical case mix including robotic, orthopedic, trauma, general/gyn, urology, ENT, plastic, pain management, ophthalmology, neuro/spine, and vascular cases
• Ability to participate in scheduled call coverage
• Flu vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
• Support a variety of surgical procedures with professionalism, clinical judgment, and strong perioperative skills
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and efficient OR workflow throughout each shift
• Adapt to a diverse surgical case mix and contribute to a positive team environment
• Participate in scheduled weekday and weekend call coverage
