Overview As the key leader working across multiple teams, you'll live at the intersection of media, creative, analytics, social, and content. You'll be responsible for building, analyzing, and translating audience insights into actionable strategies that educate teams, inform creative and media decisions, and drive measurable impact for our clients. - Develop connections and communications strategies for creative campaigns and concurrent in-market campaign architectures.
- Provide smart, forward-looking perspective on the overall social and content landscape, including trends, platform shifts, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients on specific brand social initiatives and contribute to thought leadership around content development, engagement, measurement, and process.
- Own projects end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery, independently managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional support without requiring guidance.
- Keep stakeholders proactively informed at every stage, demonstrating sound judgment on when to move forward vs. when to escalate.
- Serve as a connective layer that keeps audience thinking central to all workstreams.
- Develop, maintain, and activate strategic audience playbooks for global and regional market teams, ensuring frameworks are actionable, current, and consistently applied across markets.
- Help brands establish governance policies for social media, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability across channels.
- Serve as a strategic leader in defining how Agentic AI is adopted and operationalized within marketing workflows, shaping best practices, guardrails, and integration approaches across the organization.
- Support global enablement efforts by driving ongoing education, standardization, and adoption of globally recognized audience and marketing methodologies and frameworks.
- Translate complex audience data and strategic recommendations into compelling narratives for senior leaders and clients.
- Build and present polished presentations with clarity and authority: this is core to the role, not a secondary skill.
- Drive thought leadership both internally and externally, elevating the agency's audience and social expertise.
- 10-12+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on audience strategy, social media, and/or content development for major brands or clients.
- Minimum 5 years of managing direct reports.
- Proven expertise building insight-driven strategies across global markets, with the analytical instincts to uncover what makes people tick and translate it into creative ideas grounded in sound reasoning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft and deliver executive-level presentations with confidence.
- Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
- A strong understanding of media planning, distribution and content syndication.
- Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activation.
- The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Well versed in new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture.
- A strong, up-to-date point of view on digital media, social channels and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiatives.
- Poise and eloquence, when you speak with clients, they listen.
- Willingness to travel, you're open to new places, new faces and new ideas.
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
