Roofing Estimator - Commercial Roofing Baltimore, MD Full-Time On-Site

Established in 1939, we are a multi year award roofing family owned Roofing Contractor. With an office in Baltimore, we have helped build some of Maryland's finest buildings with a portfolio that spreads from commercial roofs, historic projects, & government buildings. We are now seeking to add an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to our team.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage and supervise roofing crews and roofing jobs
Attend and participate in Pre-construction meetings
Establish lines of communication with external and internal customers
Help perform any repairs, measurements, & inspections on roofs
Perform final walkthroughs of project when finished

What You Need for this Position

2+ years of Commercial Roofing experience
Ability to read and analyze blueprints
Strong interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills
