Staff Accountant

Job Description Staff Accountant We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant who’s ready to jump in, own the numbers, and help keep our financial operations across multiple entities running smoothly and accurately - ready to take the next step and make a real impact? What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day accounting operations of your assigned accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger activity Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end close Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain accounting systems, controls, and organized financial records Monitor compliance with financial obligations, including debt and reporting requirements Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance (sales, payroll, business licenses, etc.) Partner with internal teams to improve processes and leverage technology What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability, life, and supplemental insurance options 401(k) with company match Flexible, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development If you're a motivated accounting professional looking to grow your career in a collaborative and high-performing workplace, this position is for you! #J-18808-Ljbffr MEDICAL ASSETS HOLDING COMPANY LLC
