Qualifications:

• Holds an active Michigan SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working in schools and with pediatric populations (K-12)
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and execute effective speech-language therapy plans tailored to individual needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide engaging direct therapy sessions (individual and group)
• Serve as a resource to teachers, staff, and families regarding communication development
• Remain compliant with district, state, and federal guidelines
