Business Development Manager

Business Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong focus on agency recruitment and sales to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard potential Agents/Agency Managers to expand our business network. Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels to attract high-quality candidates. Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to Agents, enabling them to enhance their sales skills, management capabilities, and achieve career advancement within the company. Monitor, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing career development guidance to Agents. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages Agents to maintain a high sales activity ratio.Take full ownership and accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned team. Develop and execute strategic business plans to ensure the team meets and exceeds assigned sales targets. Propose and implement effective sales-driving strategies, identify and acquire new customers, and explore untapped market opportunities. Manage daily sales activities, closely monitor, and optimize the sales performance of the agency team. Continuously identify and develop new distribution channels, innovative sales methods, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.Perform other tasks as required to support business development and market expansion initiatives.
