Pantry Coordinator

Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring immediately for a full time Pantry Coordinator position. The location is 9775 Towne Center Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous stockroom and food service experience is required.

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour to $20.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:

• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
