Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial client interactions to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy using research-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance client care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on individuals facing various emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Clients range from children and adolescents to adults, with a significant emphasis on supporting those dealing with short-term difficulties and transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in conducting assessments, providing diagnoses, and delivering effective individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
