Role: Senior SAP S/4HANA OTC / SAP SD Consultant

Location: Remote, based out of Seattle, WA

End Client: Boeing

Duration: Long-term contract (1+ year)

Travel: Must be flexible to travel as required by the client. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the client.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position focused on functional configuration, solution delivery, integration, and testing. It is not a managerial or team lead role. Profiles whose main background is SAP FICO/FICM instead of SAP SD/OTC will not fit.

We need a seasoned SAP S/4HANA OTC specialist with 10+ years of hands-on work in SAP implementations, configuration, and complete end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The right person will have delivered a minimum of 2 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally in Aerospace & Defense, government contracting, or another heavily regulated industry.

Must-Have Skills

• A minimum of 2 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including configuration and go-live work
• Direct, hands-on work with third-party billing, drop-ship processes, and EDI integrations
• 10+ years in SAP with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC and SAP SD
• Familiarity with DD250, WAWF invoicing, FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, government contracts, and WBS/EVM integration
• Experience implementing MTO and MTS order flows
• Solid experience designing and implementing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Hands-on S/4HANA SD configuration, including integration with MM and FI/CO
• Able to work on their own as a hands-on individual contributor
• Experience with SAP CPI/PI, middleware, EDI, and related integration technologies
• Clear understanding of functional specs, process mapping, data migration, and system testing
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

What You'll Do

• Configure and deliver complex OTC processes, including Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS)
• Handle cross-module integration points with MM, FI/CO, PI/PO, IBP, and AIF systems
• Carry out hands-on functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA OTC and SAP SD processes
• Support government invoicing, defense contract requirements, and related compliance processes
• Turn business requirements into scalable SAP solutions that match enterprise Order-to-Cash workflows
• Prepare functional specifications, process maps, configuration documents, and testing deliverables
• Support third-party billing, drop-ship scenarios, and EDI integrations
• Take part in implementation planning and the plant rollouts that follow
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to fix functional and integration issues
• Support data migration, master data governance, system integration testing, and implementation work
