Sales Representative - Roanoke, VA - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a field-based sales representative for sports medicine products in the Roanoke area. The role involves selling medical devices, conducting product demonstrations, educating healthcare professionals, and building customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker sports medicine products to healthcare providers
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance
- Manage territory analysis, inventory reports, and pricing negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams on strategic goals and targets
Requirements
- 2-5 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical fields
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years commercial/medical sales or operating room experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with quota achievement focus
- Subject matter expertise in medical product knowledge
Compensation: $50,000 base salary, eligible for commission and bonuses
