Make a direct impact on students’ lives as a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite with a reputable educational organization in the Battle Creek, MI area. This position provides services to a caseload primarily consisting of early childhood students, but includes PreK through 12th grade. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver evaluations, and help support students’ growth in communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Michigan SLP license
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working with school-aged populations, especially early childhood
• For Clinical Fellows (CF), a pre-identified supervisor is required
• Comfortable serving students onsite; remote or virtual options are not available for these roles
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work within a school-based team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders
• Develop therapy goals that support student achievement in academic and functional settings
• Maintain records, progress notes, and complete necessary documentation promptly
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

This full-time contract offers up to 40 hours per week and the opportunity to work onsite in a supportive educational environment serving students across PreK-12, with a focus on early childhood.
