This full-time position (up to 40 hours per week) focuses primarily on early childhood, with coverage from PreK through 12th grade in a school-based setting. You'll be working onsite, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to help students develop their communication skills and reach their full potential.

Your passion for working with children and your clinical skills will be highly valued as you engage with a diverse student population, creating individualized therapy plans and fostering positive outcomes.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Michigan SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Schools-based SLP experience preferred; new grads (CF) welcome with supervisor secured in advance
• Comfortable working onsite in a school environment (no remote options available)
• Experience or enthusiasm for early childhood caseloads is a plus
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy services
• Collaborating with educators and parents to support students’ progress
• Monitoring and documenting student outcomes in accordance with school and state standards
• Serving as a resource for speech-language development within the school community
