This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about empowering early childhood through high school learners. You'll provide onsite services, collaborating with educators and families to help students reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Michigan SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with PreK–12th grade populations; strong background in early childhood preferred
• Ability to work onsite (remote/virtual service is not permitted)
• If you are a Clinical Fellow (CF), a designated supervisor must be arranged prior to start
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in a school-based environment

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments, therapy, and consultations onsite for a diverse student population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for students’ language and communication needs
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere focused on student growth and success
