Contract Recruiter – Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative for an upcoming major election project in Philadelphia. This role is fully on-site in Center City Philadelphia and will operate on a 4–6-week contract, starting early April. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruitment experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Contract Duration: 4–6 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Target Start Date: September 28th, 2026
• Location: Center City Philadelphia (Fully On-Site)
• Pay Rate: Starting at $25/hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Project: Recruitment for major election-related staffing needs

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires.
• Complete and verify documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems and tracking tools.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet project timelines and staffing goals.
• Adapt quickly and perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR or recruiting experience (required).
• Proven experience in: 
  • Full-cycle recruitment
  • Onboarding processes
  • I-9 compliance
  • High-volume hiring
  • HR data entry and documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site, Monday–Friday.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a fast-moving environment.
