Location: St. Charles, IL (Onsite)

Hours : Mon-Fri, 9-5pm, a few evening/weekend events

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience who enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute across multiple marketing initiatives while helping drive business growth through effective campaigns and strategic marketing efforts.

This is a fully onsite position with occasional evening or weekend events throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Produce marketing assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and other branded materials.
• Maintain and update website content, blog articles, email communications, and social media platforms.
• Monitor search engine optimization (SEO) performance and identify opportunities to improve online visibility.
• Analyze campaign results using key performance indicators (KPIs) and return-on-investment (ROI) metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and marketing analytics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Assist with planning and promoting company events, special projects, and community initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of assigned projects while remaining flexible to support additional business needs as they arise.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience with both digital and print marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing.
• Experience creating content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience tracking marketing performance through KPIs and analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile management is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Portfolio of previous marketing projects is preferred.
